                                                                    A significant amount of people are all ways searching for this download 'vc runtimes all in one pack '. For games,software's you name it , this compiling computer instructions are essential. But from the microsoft sites geting them all in one shot is impossible or rather confusing there is a lot of similar downloads and you don't know what to download . when i was  looking for this it was impossible to find what i needed .So i gathered them in one archive.                Net Frame work 3.5 Offline installer 

A lot of guys with windows 8 and 8.1 were complaining about the netframe work 3.5 offline installer , They have a slow internet connection, or windows saying to install net3.5 you need net3.5 or they use a pirated version of windows in any case . I was having a difficulty with this  so  after  browsing  throughout the internet i found one that actually works its real hard to find through all the malware bullshit .so here you go.

You need netframe work 4.5 for this which is already  installed in windows 8.

Instructions

1.Extract the sxs_x64 zip.
2..Now make new folder and name it "sources".
3.Copy the extracted sxs folder inside sources.
4.Now extract Microsoft-Dot-Net-Framework-35-Offline-Installer-for-Windows-8 and run the .exe as file administrator..
5.Now browse the sources folder you made earlier..
6.Click on install..
now wait for some minutes and it will be done..
